We've made is very obvious in regards to what is prohibited when it comes to using our services, we ask that you please treat Tell Sid with respect as anyone would.

Tell Sid is a free, community-facing voice assistant. We want it to be safe, legal and welcoming for everyone. By using the service you agree to the rules below. Breaching them may lead to suspension or, in serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities.

1. Content you must not input or request

  1. Sexual content involving minors – absolutely prohibited.

  2. Harassment or hate – no threats, bullying, or material that incites hatred or violence against any person or group.

  3. Extremism and terrorism – no praise, support or instructions for extremist causes or violent acts.

  4. Explicit adult sexual content – graphic sexual detail is not allowed (non-graphic discussion of safe, consensual adult sex is permitted).

  5. Self-harm instructions – do not seek encouragement or methods to harm yourself or others.

  6. Criminal or violent instructions – no advice that facilitates wrongdoing (e.g. how to manufacture weapons or hack systems).

  7. Malware or technical exploits – do not upload code or links that contain viruses, worms or other malicious software.

  8. Copyright infringement – do not request full copies of text, music, video or software you do not own the rights to.

  9. Personal data of others – avoid sharing private information that could identify a real person without their permission.

2. Technical misuse you must not attempt

  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or overload any part of Tell Sid or our APIs.

  • Circumvent rate limits or security features.

  • Use automated scripts or bots to generate large numbers of requests.

3. Our response to violations

  • Light or first-time breaches – a warning or safe-complete response.

  • Serious breaches (e.g. child sexual content, terrorism, persistent hate) – immediate block of the request and suspension of the session.

  • Illegal content – we or our partners may preserve evidence and report to the relevant authorities if required by law.

4. How to report a problem

Please email us immediately concerning an issue in relation to the above information, or seemingly relevant to, via e-mail safety@insinto.ai with details of the conversation. We aim to review reports within two UK business days.

5. Updates to this policy

We may update these rules as threats evolve. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via an in-app banner and on the Trust Centre.
