Our commitment

INSINTO wants everyone to use Tell Sid, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA.

Key features available today

  • Text-chat alternative – every voice reply is also shown as text, and you may type instead of speaking at any time.

  • Keyboard-only navigation – all interactive elements (start, stop, report, menu) are reachable and operable with Tab / Shift-Tab / Enter.

  • Screen-reader compatibility – buttons and live regions include ARIA labels so screen readers announce state changes.

  • High-contrast focus styles – visible outlines help sighted keyboard users track their position.

Known limitations

  • Live captions for the assistant’s spoken replies are not yet available. We plan to add on-screen captions by Q4 2025.

  • Colour contrast on the waveform animation may fall below target in very bright light. A static option will be added soon.

What to do if you can’t access part of Tell Sid

E-mail accessibility@insinto.ai or use the in-app “Feedback” link. Describe the problem and, if possible, tell us:

  • the page or function you were using;

  • the assistive technology and browser version;

  • any steps to reproduce the issue.

We aim to reply within five working days and, where feasible, provide an alternative format within ten.

Enforcement

The Equality Act 2010 and Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 require reasonable adjustments. While INSINTO is a private start-up, we voluntarily align with these standards. If you feel we have not met your needs, please contact us. You can also raise issues with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
